Do you need our CMS login?+
No. The standard check uses public pages. We agree the pages and paths before starting. Protected areas are outside the base scope.
What if you find nothing broken?+
You still receive the agreed coverage and evidence. We won’t manufacture defects. A completed check with no confirmed issues is a valid result.
How are agents used?+
This is an agent-assisted service. Browser observations and report preparation are repeatable; each reported finding is checked against the live page. The service is a scoped review, not an automated website score or continuous monitoring.
Does mobile mean a real phone?+
The base check uses a mobile-width browser viewport. It does not certify physical devices, Safari or every browser version. The environment and limits appear in your report.
When do we pay?+
After we agree the website, coverage, delivery date and available capacity. No payment is taken through this inquiry. The one-time trial is $149. If we accept payment and cannot deliver the agreed review, we arrange a full refund.
